Aims, contents and method of the course

Bestäubungsökologie mit Schwerpunkt Orchideen. Geplant sind Verhaltensexperimente zur Bestäubung von Sexualtäuschblumen (Ophrys) und anderen Orchideen (z.B. Orchis morio, Anacamptis ssp.). Dabei soll mit Hilfe von Wahlversuchen die visuellen und olfaktorischen Signale entschlüsselt werden, die für die Anlockung der Bestäuber verantwortlich sind. Weitere Verhaltensversuche mit Insekten werden durchgeführt.

Die Exkursion wird vom 21.4.-27.4.2014 stattfinden.
