Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The goals are to train scientific skills like experimental design and data collection techniques; statistical analysis of behavioral data; interpretation and discussion of results and finally to present the project in oral and written publications (bachelor thesis). The aim is to implement scientific methods in research projects carried out in the field and/or lab. Students work in small groups on novel, projects in the frame of the department’s research projects.

Assessment and permitted materials

Oral presentation of the results and bachelor thesis.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Participation in the respective project, presence on both presentation meetings, oral presentation of the results and submission of the bachelor thesis.
