Assessment and permitted materials
Written report in the format of a publication (can be used as bachelor project).
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Sequencing of microbial DNA; understanding and application of important computational methods for the analysis of genome sequences; automatic large-scale application of programs using small, self-written scripts; interpretation of the results of computational analyses with regard to the corresponding organism.
Knowledge and skills of computational methods for genome analysis.
Amount and quality of practical work in small work groups.
Will be provided during the seminar.
