The lecture will be presented in blocks at evening hours and/or Saturdays (according to student` needs) in December 2016 and January 2017


Aims, contents and method of the course

On the basis of long-term personal experience the specific ecological situation of "Amazonia" is presented. Historical as well as recent studies on the aquatic and terrestrial ecology are discussed regarding biodiversity as well as developmental and conservational aspects. (lecture)
