Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Did you know that around 45% of atmospherical oxigen is produced by algae? This exercise offers insights into physiology of marine macroalgae, a group which is partly used for industrial purposes. Hypotheses will be proposed and afterwards tested by means of in-situ measurements and lab experiments. This year, the photosynthetic performance and calcification of selected species will be in the focus. Language will be either German or English according to requirements.
Assessment and permitted materials
