Aims, contents and method of the course

Übungen zur Erstellung und Bewertung von Patenten,
Durchführung von Recherchen für Patente, Marken und Geschmacksmuster
Bearbeitung von im Technologietransfer üblichen Verträgen z.B. Erstellung eines CDA's (Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung) oder MTA's (Materialtransferagreement). Es werden 3-4 Treffen abgehalten.

Assessment and permitted materials

Die Beurteilung erfolgtem Rahmen der Übung anhand der erarbeiteten
Übungsaufgaben, wobei hier die Lernplattform Moodle zum Einsatz kommt.
