Aims, contents and method of the course

ECTS-Points: 4
Gene transfer methods for and mutagenesis of cyanobacteria. Genetic characterization of cyanobacteria mutants obtained and phenotypic characterization of the mutants obtained with an emphasis on the bioenergetics of cyanobacteria.
