Proliferation of rodent and human cell lines, cytotoxicity assay, epithelial plasticity, migration of epithelial cells, transfer of reporter genes, analysis of reporter gene activity, establishment of stable transfectants, standard histology and immunohistochemistry, differentiation of hematopoietic cells, FACS analysis
