Aims, contents and method of the course

Methods and basic principles of developmental biology and neurobiology, with a focus on zebrafish, medaka, and the marine bristle worm Platynereis.

Techniques: microinjection, mutant analysis, transgenesis, RNA detection (in situ hybridization), RNA quantification (qPCR), microscopic methods
