Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Students will choose one of the offered topics (i.e. a small scientific project) and then work on this project under the supervision of the contributing staff in the respective working groups and labs. This course is providing all new MEC students a first opportunity to dip into practice-oriented research. Assessment and permitted materials
Final talks of the MEC4-projects will be held end of June and end of September 2021. According to the current situation, the project results will be presented in an on-line meeting. Grading will be done by your supervisor.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Active participation during the project work (70%) and final oral presentation (30%)
Examination topics
Scientific lab work under direct supervision of faculty staff.
