Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This seminar offers students working on their Master's thesis the opportunity to present and discuss their projects. The focus is on topics related to behavioural ecology. The goal is to conceptually and methodologically check, and improve, ongoing studies (from the proposal phase to the analysis and writing).
Assessment and permitted materials
Presence is obligatory; oral presentation – either during the planning phase of your thesis (presenting the concept) or during preparation for your defence; contribution to discussions.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
To pass the course, you must give an oral presentation and not be absent more than 2 times. The presentation and following Q&A session contribute 80% of the final grade; the participation in the discussion another 20%.
