ATTENTION: Attendence to the this lecture is compulsory for all participants of the practical UE, because all theory presented in this lecture is necessary to solve the proctical exercises!!!
Hence, the whole GIS1 course will start at 9.15 am, and including preperation of deliverables lasts till 5pm each day

Aims, contents and method of the course

Theoretical concepts in GeoInformatics are discussed especiall in the context of Vegetation- and Landscape Ecology as well as Nature Conservation. The course is focused on Vector based Geodata:
-Data Acquisition and Integration
-Catography
-Analyses of spatial data
-Database Management
-Open Data

Written exam

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Multiple choice test in Moodle.
Minimum of 60% has to be answerd correctly to pass the exam
