Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The course of Structural Bioinformatics II is focused on the
computational methods necessary for predicting protein structures,
from secondary structure and conformational disorder to tertiary and quaternary structure.

Assessment and permitted materials

Oral examinations on the modelling procedures with brief practical exercises.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Deep understanding of the modelling procedures. The students are expected to be able to use protein modelling web-based servers and evaluate the results.

Examination topics

Examples and exercises will be presented and discussed along the pertinent lectures.
