Aims, contents and method of the course
Basics of bioinformatic methods for evolutionary genomics (presentations by lecturers): How to analyse sequencing data? What to do with genotype data? Selected applications to specific topics: population genetics, admixture, phylogenomics, functional predictions.
Assessment and permitted materials
Short presentation (10 minutes) of a scientific paper on the topic, and discussion in the group.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Performing a presentation. Evaluation of correctness and clarity of presentation (slides, talk and discussion).
