Aims, contents and method of the course

This is an introductory course for the genetic modelsystem C. elegans. A basic understanding of genetics is desirable for the
attendance of the course. Since the life cycle of this organism is so short we can perform basic genetic experiments like linkage analysis,
complementation tests, transformation, gene knock-out experiments by RNAi and others.
