Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Analysis and understanding of current literature in bioinformatics and computational biology. This semester we will focus on recent developments in metagenomics, as well as computational approaches and visualization tools for integration of metaomic data (e.g. transcriptomes, metabolomes) and knowledge databases (e.g. metabolic pathways) with metagenomes.

Assessment and permitted materials

Presentation of one paper per student.
