Aims, contents and method of the course
Analysis and understanding of current literature in bioinformatics and computational biology. This semester we will focus on recent developments in mass-spectrometry based proteomics / peptidomics and multi-omics, including visualization tools for integration of multi-omic data (e.g. proteomes, transcriptomes, metabolomes) and knowledge databases (e.g. metabolic pathways).
Assessment and permitted materials
Presentation and discussion of one paper per student.
