Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Analysis and understanding of current literature in bioinformatics and computational biology. This semester we will focus on recent developments in mass-spectrometry based proteomics / peptidomics, visualization tools for integration of multi-omic data (e.g. proteomes, transcriptomes, metabolomes), and knowledge databases (e.g. metabolic pathways).
Assessment and permitted materials
Presentation of one paper per student.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Successful presentation of a scientific paper, active participation in the discussions.
