Aims, contents and method of the course

Riffe und Riffbildner der Erdgeschichte werden behandelt und in den generellen Kontext der Evolution der Biosphäre gestellt. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf Riffkrisen. Es werden Ursachen von Riffkrisen und ihre Auswirkungen vorgestellt und die Erholung von Aussterbeereignissen beleuchtet.

Assessment and permitted materials

Schriftliche Prüfung am Ende des Semesters mit offenen Fragen. Die Prüfung findet digital über Moodle statt.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

50% der maximalen Punktezahl müssen erreicht werden
