Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Methods involved in DNA sequenzing will be introduced. Students will do their own sequences and learn to align and do the phylogenetic analyses. Different phylogenetic analyses such as Maximum parsimony, Maximum likelihood and Bayesian (using PAUP) will be introduced. It's a block course for one week having lectures and practicals.
