Die Übung wird im Oliogozän des Mainzer Beckens abgehalten. Wir werden uns einen Überblick über die Ablagerungsräume verschaffen, an ausgewählten Lokalitäten mit marinen Fossilien soll eine paläontologische Profilaufnahme durchgeführt werden. Der Termin ist der 25.-30. September. Ein Vorbesprechung findet am 16. März um 9.45 im Übungssaalsaal 2A225 statt.
