Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The lecture series is discussing various topics in the field of animal evolution and development. The first part introduces basic concepts of speciation and the second part is focusing on principals in embryogenesis. With the "EvoDevo" research area the integrative aspects of common molecular signalling mechanisms in animal development for speciation will be explained.

Assessment and permitted materials

Nach Abschluss der VO erfolgt eine schriftliche Prüfung zu allen behandelten Themen.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Positive Bewertung bei 50% der Prüfungsanforderung.
