Aims, contents and method of the course

ECTS-Punkte: 3;
A short introduction is given to the theoretical background of ultrastructural research, cell biology and the historical development of electron microscopy. The potential of ultrastructures at different levels of complexity for a new and deeper understanding of biology is illustrated by selected examples of comparative morphology and anatomy.(
