Aims, contents and method of the course
This exercise gives a prctical introduction into sampling of microalgae from the field, cell isolation, preparation of grwoth media and cultivation of microalge.With cultures prepared during the fixed dates, some physiologal experiments will be conducted in the course block. Examples are P and N-incorporation and different light supply.
