Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This exercise provides a practical introduction into sampling of microalgae from the field, cell isolation, preparation of growth media and cultivation of microalge.With cultures prepared in the course, physiologal experiments will be conducted in the course block. Examples are P and N-incorporation, different light supply, resistance against salt and dessication).
