· Mit zu nehmen: Weisser Mantel und Protokoll-Heft (Ohne ordnungsgemäss ausgefülltes Protokoll-Heft gibt es kein Zeugniss)

Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Basic principles for qualitative and quantitative Real Time PCR will be the focus of this course. The students will work out examples for absolute and relative quantification and will be trained on the melting point analyses for mutation detection.
