Topic of this lecture is the interaction between social environment and biology of human beings. In the lecture problems of historical populations such as stress parameters at the skeleton, neolithic change, nutrional anthropology as well as topics concerning recent populations such as growth studies, life history, body comosition studies, health and disease are presented.
