Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This short course introduces wide-field and confocal scanning fluorescence microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, infrared photothermal imaging. Raman spectroscopy, and coherent Raman scattering imaging. Theory, instrumentation, data analysis, and applications with a focus to microbiology will be introduced. Students are required to formulate and present an original proposal using the imaging methods to address a problem in microbiology.
