Aims, contents and method of the course

1. Telomeric trans-silencing and PEV in the Drosophila germ line
2. In vivo DNA/histone modification assays in Drosophila polytene chromosomes
3. Monitoring DNA methylation dynamics in human tissue samples via COBRA analyses
4. Effect of linc RNAs on reprogramming chromatin and promoting human cancer metastasis
5. The effect of HDAC inhibitors on histone marks and expression in somatic tissues, tumors and cancer metastasis
