Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The practical class aims to provide system ecological knowledge about key organisms and their activities in the densely rooted soil environment - the rhizosphere. During this class, biochemichemical and soil zoological techniques of soil ecology (metabolic profiling, bioactivity monitoring) as well as their statistical evaluation are tought and practically explored.

Assessment and permitted materials

Intensität der Mitarbeit während des Praktikums sowie Abgabe eines kurzen Protokolls, in dem die experimentellen Ergebnisse zusammengefasst und interpretiert werden.
