Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
We invite students with interest in neurobiology during their Masters studies. We will teach modern approaches in neuronal cell biology, behavioral neuroscience and neurophysiology using the tractable model organisms Caenorhabditis elegans as a tool.
Assessment and permitted materials
The students have to actively participate in the course and read the required literature given during the course. After the course each student has to independently prepare a report (5 pages), including introduction into the research topic, presentation of results including statistical evaluation and conclusions.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Examination topics
The grade will be given by 50% active participation during the course and 50% report.
