Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Acquiring skills in bird identification; practice standardized methods for surveying bird communities and to estimate population densities of selected target species in different habitats (e.g. floodplain forests, wetlands); acquiring skills in data analysis.
Assessment and permitted materials
The assessment of the participants' performance consists of a written examination and a short oral presentation. Each part contributes 50% to the accumulative grade.
