Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The vegetation plots from the first part of the course will be classified using multivariate statistical methods and the results then will be identified as plant communities. The target of the course is to understand what happens to the data undergoing different statistical analyses (cluster analysis, principal component analysis, correspondence analysis), how to interpret the results and how to identify plant communities from the classes derived from the classification processes.
