Aims, contents and method of the course

This course offers training for the identification of larvae, pupae and adults of Central European Trichoptera species. Special keys are provided. In introductory talks information on taxonomy, biology, ecology as well as identification, preservation and sampling techniques are given, and the most important literature is presented.
Exam: written exam, including identification of specimens and technical questions.
