Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Gaining the theoretical background to understand the basic principles of bioanalytical methods and related bioinformatic approaches; practical application of popular software tools to sample data (e.g. raw data from important publications), critical evaluation and interpretation of results.
Examination topics
Literature seminars on relevant papers, practical work using programs like Galaxy, BFAST, BWA, J-Express, Bioconductor, STRING.
