Aims, contents and method of the course

the following topics will be presented in cooperation with national and international experts by means of regular seminars and occasional excursions at the research institute "BioForschungAustria"
* Compost application in Organic Farming; methods to determine nitrogen dynamics in connection with different types of fertilsation
* Viennese program of contracted nature reservation " biotop farm land "
* Methods to determine product quality
* Control of weeds and pests in Organic Farming without the use of synthetic biocides
* Ecologcally orientated soil screening methods
* The production of quality seeds in Organic Farming.
Seminars specially for thesis and diploma students.
