Aims, contents and method of the course

The seminars deal mainly with the following topics:
- compost application, with special reference to the nitrogen
dynamic;
- methods to determine the product quality;
- weed and pest control in Organic Farming;
- ecologically orientated soil screening methods;
- production of high quality seeds in Organic Farming.
