Aims, contents and method of the course
This lecture is the sequel to the basic lecture provided earlier to the DK students. More specific skills in applied methods of structural biology will be introduced. Practical examples will be analysed and the advantages and limitations of the respective method will be highlighted. Together with the first part, this lecture covers the most important topics in the theoretical background in structural biology.
