Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The course will be at least partially in English! In four successive weeks the course gives and introduction to numerical data analysis, the underlying microscopically processes of spectroscopy and how to model them, the theory of spectroscopy and methods used to measure molecular spectra in UV-vis-IR and their application in molecular biology / structural biology to analyse and characterize macromolecules (proteins, DNA).
