Aims, contents and method of the course

This lecture focuses the scientific history of Anthropology - from their beginning up to future trends. Beside this also the theoretical paradigms of anthropology are described.

Assessment and permitted materials

Final examination in the form of an independently written reflection on the contents of this course.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Interest in the history of science, especially anthropology, and epistemological issues.
