Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Applied exercises with real data (from theory to results), handling of software packages and data, visualisation of results, identification of landmarks (LM) and semilandmarks (sLM), creation of surface data and conversion, basics of form- and shape analysis of complex geometries (but no substitute for theoretical courses!)
Assessment and permitted materials
Continuous participation, results of individual exercises, written exam online questionaire
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Knowledge of landmark data acquisition from virtual objects, knowledge of the most important methods of anaylsis in Geometric Morphometrics.
