Aims, contents and method of the course

Explain typical approaches in quantitative biology and systems biology and design experiments using these methods. Connect data from quantitative biology and systems biology with heterogeneous biological data sources. Understand basic methods for mathematical modelling, apply these to typical problems in evolutionary systems biology and interpret their results.

Assessment and permitted materials

Online written examina: the exam sheet will be assigned in Moodle with a link through which you upload your answer sheet (in Word, pdf, text-like files, etc).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The minimum score to pass can be found in the assignment sheet.
