Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Basic knowledge about, metabolomics and mass spectrometry (focus on GCMS). Students will learn sample extraction, derivatization, MS-analyse and data analyses incl. statistics
Assessment and permitted materials
Attendance control, preliminary exercises and questionnaire (theory training), lab work, oral presentation of techniques and results (groups), participation in discussions, and written group protocol.
