Aims, contents and method of the course

As supplement of the PP Nr. 300 211 / Nr. 300 674 this course will provide guidance and help in the SEM- and/or TEM-investigation of samples of your own choice and interest, including the use of the relevant electron microscopes. Help is also given in the interpretation and presentation of the results.
