Several plant species are used to measure leaf (stomatal) conductance and transpiration rates. These data are related to the leaf water potential, the relative water content and are combined to leaf anatomy. Stomata imprints are taken to study stomata distribution and density. Training is offered in data evaluation and graphic representation of results.
