Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The most important dispersal syndromes are shown, topics include fruit & seed classification systems, models to estimate the efficiency of accessory structures, and dispersal pattern in different ecosystems. Structural adaptations to wind dispersal is used to study the functional impact of structural changes. The radiation of the fruit structure within a single family is used to demonstrate the diversification and specialization potential of plant structures necessary for reproduction.
