Aims, contents and method of the course
To develop a deeper understanding of concepts and current topics in structural botany.
Assessment and permitted materials
Students become acquainted with major concepts in structural botany by presenting and discussing these topics using relevant scientific literature (articles and reviews).
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Presentation and discussion of a paper (7 points)Written summary and opinion (1 to maximally 2 pages long) on the presented paper (2.5 points)Participation in discussions on papers presented by the other participants (2.5 points).Minimum requirement for positive credit: 6.5 points (credit key:0-6 points: 5; 6.5-7.5 points: 4; 8-9 points: 3; 9.5-10.5 points: 2; 11-12 points: 1)
