Aims, contents and method of the course
This seminar is a companion course to the lecture 'Biogeochemistry of the Ocean' (LV.NR. 300329) with the aim to enlarge the knowledge upon seminal research papers in the field.
Assessment and permitted materials
Continuous assessment of course work. Quality and completeness of the seminar presentation and participation in the scientific discussion.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Enlarge the knowledge upon past and recent key papers in biogeochemistry of the ocean. Learn to summarize and discuss scientific literature.
Examination topics
Computer aided presentation of research papers; group discussion
