Aims, contents and method of the course

The course provides an evolutionary perspective of how behavior contributes to survival and reproduction on the basis of ecological conditions. Costs and benefits of strategies in context of foraging, reproduction and social behavior are discussed. Special themes are behavioral genetics and game theory.
