300471 UE+EX Botanical Alpine course (2008S)

This course is held in the geologically and thus floristically very rich region of Grossfragant (southern slope of the Hohe Tauern). First, we deal with alpine biosystems and their characteristic flora, vegetation and abiotic factors. Second, we will establish experimental setup and do the data collection for a small project (e.g., on facilitation). Data exploration and preparation for publication of the results will be conducted in a separate course in the following winter semester (module WZB).
